ü Verifiable income that is at least 3 times the rental amount. You must upload proof of income to rental ratio of at least 3:1 in that online application section. Examples of proof of income include: recent paystubs from verifiable employer; bank statement showing salary direct deposit; tax return copies (for self-employed applicants); proof of regular investment earnings, social security, section 8 voucher or other form of governmental rental supplement; and/or any additional sources of income that applicant wishes to disclose for us to consider.
